Movement Software is seeking an Account Executive based in Malmö to drive growth across Sweden and Nordics for our AI-driven Ecoroute platform. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal, collaborating with product and customer teams to ensure a strong fit and high-quality customer experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, bringing a proactive, ownership driven mindset and a hunter mentality to close strategic B2B SaaS deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to build trust quickly and manage complex sales cycles.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Lead customer meetings, both digital and in person, and demonstrate the value of Ecoroute.
• Drive negotiations and close new deals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure onboarding and long‑term value.
• Provide market feedback to shape product and commercial development.
