Job summary

Wolt Sweden is hiring a Merchant Services Associate to ensure our merchant partners—from cafes to major retailers—are onboarded smoothly, guided through the platform, and supported to improve performance.

You will build relationships, solve problems, and deliver insights that help partners grow. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with a passion for great food and local businesses driving daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, account management, operations, or a related administrative role.
• Detail-oriented and structured, with a hands-on and service-minded approach.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for great food and local businesses.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train merchant partners, helping them use Wolt systems effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with partners about features, campaigns, and best practices.
• Monitor partner performance and conduct quality and satisfaction checks.
• Help partners optimize operations through data insights and user trends.
• Manage menu content and visuals to reflect the Wolt brand accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and share learnings.
• Look for ways to improve partner experience and internal processes.
