Nexer Tech Talent AB is looking for a Junior Service Coordinator to join the Service Integration Office in Huskvarna, Sweden. The ideal candidate will help coordinate and enhance IT service management while collaborating with service owners and suppliers to uphold quality standards.

This role requires education in IT or relevant experience, strong interest in service management, and solid communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with ITIL concepts is beneficial. You will be supported by a consultant manager during your assignment.

Qualifications

• Education within IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts (incident, change, problem, service management).
• Willingness to learn and develop within a professional IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Support day to day around IT Change management.
• Assist in coordination with external suppliers and stakeholders.
• Help maintain service documentation and operational procedures.
• Contribute to service reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in operational meetings and service follow ups.

Connaissances

Interest in IT service management

Good communication skills in English

Understanding of ITIL concepts
