• Experience in customer success, account management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Native in Italian and fluent in English.
• Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a portfolio of customers in the market, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Act as an advisor for the BIMobject platform, managing customer expectations, experience and value realisation as well as drive adoption and optimal use of the platform’s tools through guidance, insights and follow ups
• Co-create customer marketing content such as case studies, campaigns and success stories
• Proactively collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure customer success
• Contribute to building scalable, repeatable ways of working and customer plays that enable us to support customers efficiently at scale
• Play a key role in driving customer retention, engagement and long-term value
