Job summary

Bim.com is seeking a Customer Excellence Manager in Malmö to build and nurture a German-speaking DACH customer portfolio. You will advise on platform value, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption and success.

You will co-create marketing content, work with Sales and Product, and help scale customer plays while ensuring retention and long-term value in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Native German and fluent English required or demonstrated.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success or account management.
• Strong communication, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow a portfolio of DACH customers with strong relationships.
• Advise customers on BIMobject platform value, adoption and outcomes.
• Co-create customer marketing content like case studies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive customer success.
• Develop scalable processes and plays to support customers at scale.
• Drive retention, engagement and long-term value.
