Job summary

Bim.com, part of BIMobject Inc., is seeking a Customer Excellence Manager in Malmö to lead day-to-day customer success, build lasting relationships, and drive value realization on our platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product, co-create case studies, and help scale processes in a fast‑growing, international team. Native Italian and fluent English are essential, with a customer‑centric mindset and hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Native Italian and fluent English.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Structured, solution‑oriented and able to prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships.
• Advise on BIMobject platform adoption and value realization.
• Co-create customer marketing content such as case studies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure customer success.
• Build scalable, repeatable processes and customer plays for efficient support.
• Drive customer retention, engagement and long-term value.
