Job summary

my3Twelve in Stockholm is seeking a technically skilled IT operations professional who thrives in both hands-on support and strategic systems administration. This role blends frontline desktop and server tasks with independent project management to drive improvements.

You will maintain and optimize a large fleet of devices, transition lab operations to cloud-hosted environments, develop automation scripts, and ensure security and compliance across Windows, Linux, Azure, and network services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT operations or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), and experience with Azure and XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support and desktop support across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and optimize a large fleet of test devices (Windows, Android, Chrome OS).
• Transition lab operations to cloud-hosted environments.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts (PowerShell or similar).
• Set up lab infrastructure (racking, cabling, servers, provisioning).
• Own and improve processes for managing technical requests and tracking issues.
