Job summary

Permian Group in Sweden is seeking a Technology Administrator to manage group-wide user accounts, resolve helpdesk tickets, and provide local desktop support. You will work with global colleagues and take day-to-day ownership of local support and administration tasks.

Based in Stockholm, you will report to the Business Systems Manager (Jersey) and help maintain asset registers while ensuring timely, practical IT service delivery across all jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal IT department with 1st line support.
• Strong user account administration and access control.
• Proven ability to resolve tickets and escalate when needed.
• Hands-on desktop hardware, software and infrastructure support.
• Experience in asset management and processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joiner, mover and leaver processes and manage user access rights.
• Log, triage and resolve group-wide helpdesk tickets; provide 1st/2nd line support.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and meeting room equipment.
• Maintain global IT asset records and lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
