Job summary

Permian and Highvern group in Sweden is seeking a hands-on Technology Administrator to deliver local desktop support, group-wide user account administration, and asset management. You will resolve helpdesk tickets, maintain records, and collaborate with global colleagues while owning day‑to‑day local IT tasks.

The role reports to the Business Systems Manager (Jersey). Key responsibilities include joiner/mitioner/leaver processes, access control, and application support for NavOne, Diligent,

Qualifications

• Experience in internal IT support and providing 1st line support to internal users, preferably in financial services.
• Strong experience in user account administration and access control.
• Proven ability to resolve helpdesk tickets and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, software and infrastructure support.
• Experience in technology asset management and operational processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage, and resolve group-wide helpdesk tickets, escalating where required.
• Provide 1st/2nd line support for business applications (e.g., NavOne, Diligent, Xodosign, iManage, Microsoft Office).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and meeting room equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset records and manage asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
