Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a System Administrator I based in Sweden to deliver reliable IT support in a remote-first setting. You will troubleshoot across Windows/macOS, manage servers (Windows Server 2016–2025), and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and AD.

You’ll work with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and assist teams while maintaining strong client service. The role requires three years of IT experience, strong English communication, and readiness for after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Practical Windows Server administration 2016–2025.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows/macOS workstations and common applications.
• Manage server environments and ensure availability and performance.
• Administrate Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and AD services.
• Support virtualization environments using VMware/Hyper-V.
• Assist and guide technical teams; escalate issues as needed.
