Job summary

Ravion Nordic AB in Stockholm seeks an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring both client and internal systems run smoothly.

You will handle day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user assistance in a modern IT environment focused on system development, operations, and digital services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
• Structured and service-oriented approach.
• Good English; Swedish language skills a plus.

We are looking for someone who has
