Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based assistance.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage lifecycle of devices, and coordinate with remote teams and vendors to keep systems running smoothly.

This role requires strong customer service, documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity and AV.
• Coordinate with vendors and remote Level 2 teams.
• Maintain asset records and conduct inventory audits.
• Assist with office moves and hardware refresh projects.
