SharpBrain is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support and office infrastructure assistance in Kumla, Sweden. You will manage hardware life cycles, asset records, and coordinate with remote technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux along with mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
• Solid networking basics: LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and access points.
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with Level 2 support teams and external vendors as needed.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.
• Assist with asset management tasks: labeling, tracking, audits, and redeployments.
