Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Specialist for on-site technical assistance in Borås. The role covers end-user support, office infrastructure, asset lifecycle management, and project support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and networked devices.

You will work with remote teams and external vendors, handling tasks from device provisioning to decommissioning and office moves, ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT systems.
• Foundational networking knowledge - LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points.
• Familiarity with asset tracking and inventory management processes.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with remote teams and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Manage device lifecycle from provisioning to retirement, including imaging and deployment.
• Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues; escalate when needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot network hardware; support conference rooms, AV, and smart office features.
• Perform periodic asset inventory checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with office moves, tech refreshes, relocations, and broader infrastructure projects.
• Provide remote-hands support and accompany vendors during on-site visits.
