Life @ Sharp Brains in Borås, Sweden seeks an experienced EUC/Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for onsite enterprise IT support. The role covers end-user computing, device lifecycle, imaging, and hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow for management.

You will provide desk-side and remote support, participate in after-hours standby rotations, and ensure security updates and patching while delivering excellent customer service in a global enterprise

Qualifications

3–5 years in Desktop Support or EUC/Deskside roles.
Strong Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on with Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
Active Directory user and device management.
Networking fundamentals including VPN, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
Perform IMAC and break/fix activities.
Manage device lifecycle: imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, asset management.
Support Windows 10/11 and basic macOS issues.
Resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, and peripherals.
Utilize SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for endpoint management and ticketing.
Administer Active Directory accounts and passwords.
Deliver VIP/executive-level support with excellent service.
Ensure endpoint security updates and patch management.
Follow ITIL practices for incident, request, change, and problem management.
Provide remote and after-hours support when required.
