Lund University is seeking a positive and service minded IT professional to join the MAX IV IT Infrastructure group in the Helpdesk function with focus on Desktop management, hardware support and account administration. The role involves direct interaction with staff across the organization and external users, so strong people skills are essential.

Key tasks include desktop infrastructure management, system administration of office systems, software license administration and procurement of IT

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with installing and managing Windows computers in a large environment.
• Extensive experience with user management in an AD environment.
• Extensive experience with managing SharePoint for end users.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and thorough troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
