Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an IT Service Desk/Desktop Support Engineer in Sweden. You will be the first line of support for employees, handling hardware and software issues to keep users productive.

Based in Stockholm or Malmö, you will troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, AD, and remote tools, with a focus on clear communication and customer-first service. Some on-site work and occasional commuting may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an IT Service Desk / Desktop Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and standard corporate applications.
• Set up and configure new hardware for employees.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve technical faults efficiently.
