Job summary

Siemens Energy in Sweden invites a Project Shipping Manager to lead sub-project logistics from order initiation to customer delivery. You will handle transport-related issues, including delivery conditions, destinations, customs, and overall logistics concepts, coordinating with suppliers, transport agents, and customer representatives.

You will assume financial responsibility for all delivery costs, manage procurement and cost tracking across the project lifecycle, and apply strong

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education degree or several years of qualified experience in logistics.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead sub-project management in logistics, ensuring timely deliveries that meet customer expectations.
• Oversee transport procurement, contract writing, and budget tracking to maintain financial control.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to align delivery processes.
