Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeks an Order & Shipping Manager to lead end-to-end order fulfillment and global shipping, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will manage a team of order managers and shipping specialists and work with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance and Sales to drive excellence.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in logistics, SAP experience, plus fluent Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience within project management, logistics, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering business results.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
