IMI Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in Linköping, Sweden, operating in a hybrid work setup. You will own customer relationships, service delivery, and long-term value, leading managed services engagements and IT projects from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets and risks, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure successful outcomes and

Competenze

• Experience in project management or service management with complex systems such as ERP platforms.
• Ability to take responsibility, create structure, and drive initiatives forward.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with customers and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
