Scania CV AB is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic packaging logistics initiatives within a global organization. You will lead cross‑functional programs spanning Packaging Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Production and IT to shape scalable solutions.

The role requires extensive project management experience in manufacturing logistics, a strong engineering background, and fluency in English. Swedish and/or German are a plus, with the opportunity to influence packaging processes across

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
15 years of project management experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Fluent English; Swedish and/or German are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging logistics projects from planning to implementation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across global units.
Develop business cases, project plans and roadmaps.
Analyze packaging networks to identify improvements.
Coordinate transformation across packaging, supply chain, and digital solutions.
Manage objectives, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Establish standardized processes across markets.
