Job summary

Scania CV AB is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic packaging logistics initiatives within a global organization. You will lead cross‑functional programs spanning Packaging Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Production and IT to shape scalable solutions.

The role requires extensive project management experience in manufacturing logistics, a strong engineering background, and fluency in English. Swedish and/or German are a plus, with the opportunity to influence packaging processes across

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of project management experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Fluent English; Swedish and/or German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging logistics projects from planning to implementation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across global units.
• Develop business cases, project plans and roadmaps.
• Analyze packaging networks to identify improvements.
• Coordinate transformation across packaging, supply chain, and digital solutions.
• Manage objectives, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Establish standardized processes across markets.
