Job summary

Siemens Energy AB is seeking a Sub Project Manager for Technical Information in Sweden. You will lead a portfolio of sub-projects within the Technical Information team, ensuring timely, high-quality documentation delivery in line with customer contracts and specifications.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive schedules while maintaining strong communication and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a technical or engineering-focused environment, with demonstrated experience in project coordination or sub-project management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Strong skills in project and process management, technical writing, and document management systems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a keen analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery, budget, and coordination for a portfolio of 5-15 sub-projects related to technical information, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Ensure all technical information products are delivered in compliance with customer contracts and technical specifications.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical information matters within customer order projects, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
