Job summary

ABB Sweden seeks an Aftersales Technical Specialist to join a team of product experts supporting automation solutions across the Energy, Process, and Marine sectors. You will be the technical partner through design, testing, installation, and long-term operation.

You will collaborate with ABB's local project and service teams and with R&D, Product Management, and end customers, contributing to meaningful, real-world technical impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Background in process automation, system servicing, maintenance or commissioning.
• Familiarity with ABB PA PCP products and Microsoft platforms.
• Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Customer support & diagnostics: analyze issues, review logs, remote diagnostics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, front-end teams and customers.
• Technical enablement: develop features like fault tracing tools and logging.
• On-site engagements for field activities and system health checks.
• Grow and stay autonomous with evolving tech.
