• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equal experience).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Onsite work ability at Kalmar, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot software and network layer problems in depth.
• Act as Incident Manager for core services to ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor internal alerts and escalate incidents as needed.
• Document and track alerts and incidents for future improvements.
• Use resolved incidents to drive system improvements and reduce downtime.
