Sinch is seeking an Incident & Operations Engineer II for the Kalmar office to manage incidents across core services, coordinate between teams, and support partner networks for reliable service.
You will monitor alerts, escalate when needed, document incidents, and drive continuous improvements in 24/7 operations. Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, networking basics, and cloud or container tech is desirable.

We are looking for an Incident & Operations Engineer II to join our Technical Operations Center team in Kalmar. In this role, you will focus on incident management, ensuring smooth operations with internal systems, and providing critical support in resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our operator and provider partners to maintain high‑quality service delivery.

The monthly salary for this position is between 35 000 SEK to 40 000 SEK. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
