Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality and minimize downtime. You will monitor alerts, act as Incident Manager for core services, and help drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting at software and network layers.
• Act as Incident Manager for core services, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Monitor internal alerts and escalate as needed.
• Document alerts and incidents for future improvements.
• Drive system improvements using insights from resolved incidents.
