Sinch is seeking an Incident & Operations Engineer I for our Kalmar, Sweden site. You will manage incident lifecycle, troubleshoot across software and network layers, and coordinate with internal teams and partner networks to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a demanding 24/7 shift rotation onsite at our Kalmar office. Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, TCP/IP, and SQL is advantageous.

We are looking for an Incident & Operations Engineer I to join our Technical Operations Center team in Kalmar. In this role, you will focus on incident management, ensuring smooth operations with internal systems, and providing critical support in resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our operator and provider partners to maintain high-quality service delivery.

The monthly salary for this position is between 30 000 SEK to 35 000 SEK. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
