Job summary

Natural Cycles is seeking a senior analytics professional to own growth measurement and data integrity across markets. You will connect data to business tools, build attribution and MMM, and partner with finance on LTV and CAC.

The role is based in Stockholm with relocation support and international collaboration. You will shepherd end-to-end funnel analytics across app and web, delivering clear business insights to senior leadership in plain language and driving data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent SQL and a cloud data warehouse experience.
• Strong performance-marketing analytics, MMM, attribution, lift testing.
• 6+ years in growth/marketing/product analytics, ideally in subscription/app.
• Able to translate data into clear recommendations for exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own definitions for sign-ups, paying users and CAC across markets.
• Connect data warehouse to business tools; reduce manual exports.
• Identify and document faults affecting figures and attribution.
• Build MMM and incrementality tests; guide budget allocation.
• Measure end-to-end funnel from impression to payment across channels.
• Partner with finance on unit economics and business storytelling.
