Job summary

Inexchange AB is seeking a Product Analytics Lead to advance our analytics maturity and enable evidence-based decision-making across the product organization. You will be part of the product management team and report to the Product Director, with a hybrid working model across Skövde, Östersund, Helsinki, and Norresundby.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics, from event tracking to dashboards.
• Proficient with Google BigQuery, SQL, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to turn data concepts into actionable guidance.
• Create structured materials to help teams scale.
• Curiosity about AI/ML tools in analytics.
• Ability to translate datasets into data-driven narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product usage data is understood and applied to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, finance and marketing to harmonize data.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and tracking frameworks for product lines.
• Combine product data with revenue data to connect usage to business impact.
• Be a team player in the Product Management team and pursue common goals.
