Job summary

Jobtailor in Stockholm seeks a Senior Analytics Lead to partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define metrics, surface growth opportunities across the GTM funnel, and shape go-to-market strategy with evidence.

You will build and refine models for customer segmentation, pipeline quality, and forecasting, ensure data trust through instrumentation, and own the analytical backbone for enterprise performance forums.

Qualifications

• Senior-level influence with leadership-level decisions.
• Strong data storytelling and communication for decision making.
• Excellent statistical judgment and hypothesis testing skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics work.
• Experience with dbt on BigQuery and data modelling.
• Familiarity with PLG/SaaS metrics and enterprise motions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RevOps and Sales to define success metrics and GTM strategy.
• Build models for segmentation, capacity planning, scoring, and forecasting.
• Ensure data trust through instrumentation and data-quality fixes.
• Own KPI definitions and the monthly/quarterly/annual performance narratives.
• Close data gaps and enable self-serve measurement infrastructure.
• Maintain rigor in analysis and avoid over-sophistication when simple methods suffice.
