Job summary

Strawberry seeks a Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst to turn data into commercial actions and partner with the Digital Sales team. You will analyze cross-channel data, explain sales fluctuations, and propose optimizations across channels to drive growth.

Location is Solna or Oslo with a hybrid setup. You will report into the Commercial Insights & Personalization team and work in Swedish, Norwegian, or English to deliver tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and marketing insights.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actions.
• Proven ability to work across digital channels and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted business partner to the Digital Sales team, delivering actionable insights.
• Dive into cross-channel data to explain sales fluctuations and optimization opportunities.
• Provide insights to improve digital performance across SEO, paid media and direct traffic.
• Support CRO initiatives by analyzing campaigns and experiments.
• Present bold, data-driven recommendations to drive commercial growth.
