Hayppgroup in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Strategist to join their Acquisition team. This role focuses on shaping and driving the marketing measurement and data strategy to optimize marketing performance across all markets.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in marketing analytics and data strategy, capable of translating complex datasets into actionable insights. The position offers a hybrid work model, balancing flexibility with collaboration in the office.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within marketing analytics, data strategy, or customer insights.
• Ability to evaluate marketing investments across channels.
• Strong commercial mindset connecting marketing activities to customer value.
• Comfortable with data tools like Big Query and marketing measurement systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Effective communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Haypp Group's marketing measurement and analytics strategy.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data structures for performance visibility.
• Lead measurement frameworks across paid media, CRM, SEO, etc.
• Drive the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) agenda end-to-end.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams for consistent data.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights impacting growth.
• Support personalized marketing through better use of first-party data.
