Job summary

Kurtz Ersa is seeking an Office Manager & Sales Support in Gothenburg to run the new office and customer centre, coordinating customer visits, product demos, and training. SAP will be used for quotations, orders, and related admin tasks, while you work closely with the Sweden and Norway teams and headquarters in Germany.

The role requires fluency in English and Swedish, strong administrative discipline, and a customer-focused approach in an international environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in office administration, sales support, customer service, or similar commercially oriented work.
• Proven hands-on SAP usage for quotations, orders, and related processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Gothenburg office, showroom, and customer centre.
• Coordinate customer visits, meetings, product demos, and training activities.
• Support sales and process engineering with quotation preparation and order processing.
• Handle orders and customer data in SAP and maintain documentation.
• Serve as main contact between customers, local teams, and headquarters in Germany.
• Coordinate office administration, suppliers, and internal activities.
• Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience across visits and communications.
