Job summary

CDLP is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to own the wholesale order process end-to-end, from receipt to delivery, interfacing with Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

In this hands-on role you will manage account records, support pricing and linesheet updates, coordinate stock availability, and represent CDLP at market appointments and trade shows, both locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, retail operations or order management within luxury or premium fashion.
• Hands-on experience with vendor compliance (EDI, routing guides, UPC/GTIN).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own wholesale order process end-to-end from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain accurate order sheets across seasons, markets and currencies.
• Act as main contact for wholesale accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stock availability with Production and Logistics and resolve shipping issues.
• Support pricing verification and linesheet updates before launches.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and payment tracking.
• Represent CDLP at market appointments and trade shows.
