Job summary

Mandaley Group is seeking a structured Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day flow of goods from suppliers to 3PL warehouses and onward to stores and customers. You will collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to plan deliveries, track shipments, and resolve deviations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and experience with ERP and logistics systems. English fluency is essential; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, retail or e-commerce.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, carriers, warehouses, or 3PL partners.
• Understanding of international transport, planning, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to resolve deviations quickly.
• Experience with ERP/OMS/WMS or logistics systems is a plus.
• Fluent English; Swedish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support returns flows and service level follow-up.
• Identify improvements in logistics processes, data quality, and costs.

Mandaley Group is an entrepreneur-led, private equity-backed fashion company with a portfolio of premium brands operating across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. We are now looking for a structured and hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality logistics operations across the Group.

The Group generates approximately SEK 350 million in annual revenue, employs 40 people, and operates through six legal entities across Europe and North America. We are entering an exciting phase focused on profitable growth, international expansion, and the continued development of Soft Goat and Malina as leading international fashion brands.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Planner, you will support and coordinate the day-to-day flow of goods across the business. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, our 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders to plan deliveries, follow up on shipments, resolve deviations, and keep information accurate and up to date.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, communicating clearly, and ensuring that products arrive at the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers to 3PL warehouses, including planning, booking, and follow-up
• Maintain daily contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners
• Track shipments, ETAs, delivery precision, and transport deviations
• Support sea, air, rail, road, and express shipments based on lead time and service needs
• Coordinate capacity and priorities with 3PL, especially ahead of campaigns, launches, and other business-critical periods
• Ensure accurate transport documentation and support correct import, export, and customs handling
• Coordinate outbound distribution to e-commerce, stores, and wholesale partners
• Support efficient return flows and follow up on service levels and quality
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, data quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability
• Work with logistics systems and integrations to ensure reliable information flows and effective workflows

Who you are

You will likely have:

• Experience from logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or a similar operational environment
• Experience coordinating suppliers, carriers, warehouses, or 3PL partners
• A good understanding of international transport, delivery planning, and transport documentation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Good communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working, with the ability to identify and solve deviations quickly
• Experience working with ERP, (Pref. Business Central), OMS, WMS (On-going merited), transport-management, or other logistics systems is an advantage
• Fluent English; Swedish and/or other languages are a plus
