Job description

CDLP is a Swedish design house redefining modern luxury essentials through innovation, purpose, and timeless design. 10 years into our journey we continue to scale globally, and we are now expanding our wholesale team.

We are looking for an organized, detail-driven Wholesale Coordinator to take full ownership of CDLP's wholesale order process and account administration. You will be the person who sees every order through from receipt to delivery, and the connective tissue between Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance to make sure it lands on time, accurately, and to the standard our retail partners expect. This is a hands‑on coordination role suited to someone who is genuinely driven by customer satisfaction, enjoys structure and problem‑solving, and is comfortable representing CDLP directly to international accounts, including on the ground during sales campaign and at trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the wholesale order process end to end — from order receipt through validation, confirmation, production and logistics coordination, to final delivery — across CDLP's B2B ordering platform, keeping order sheets and pricing accurate across seasons, markets and currencies.
  • Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for wholesale accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction: handling inquiries, onboarding new accounts onto the wholesale platform, and keeping account records and guidelines up to date.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks in response to partner needs, such as delivery schedules, guideline communication and general support.
  • Liaise with Production, warehouse and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines, and resolve shipping or dispatch issues as they come up.
  • Support pricing verification and linesheet updates ahead of each seasonal launch.
  • Work with Finance on invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Own vendor compliance — routing guides, EDI/UPC requirements and vendor documentation — keeping accounts audit‑ready.
  • Support account segmentation and communication planning to help grow and retain key accounts, and identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth through strategic initiatives that maximize wholesale relationships.
  • Guide clients and prospects through the collection, providing valuable insights on market trends, and optimize client relationships by identifying in‑season sales opportunities.
  • Ensure distribution aligns with buying strategies, pricing structures, and online and in‑store retail strategies.
  • Track and report on order volume and account performance.
  • Support market appointments during Sales Campaigns in Stockholm and Paris, representing CDLP directly to buyers, alongside broader trade show preparation, follow‑up and buyer outreach.
  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of CDLP products to support buyers and prospects effectively.
  • Join the weekly cross‑functional wholesale meeting, working closely with Sales, Production, Finance and Retail.
Who we are looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, order management or a similar coordination role — preferably within a luxury or premium fashion house.
  • Hands‑on experience with vendor compliance (EDI, routing guides, chargebacks, UPC/GTIN requirements) is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Someone who takes full ownership of the order process and is genuinely driven by customer satisfaction — you take pride in getting it right for the account on the other end, and are skilled at building long‑term client relationships.
  • Goal‑oriented and focused on tangible outcomes, with a positive, can‑do attitude and a strong service mindset in everything you do.
  • Highly organized and detail‑focused, with strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once.
  • Confident with Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, EDI or B2B ordering platforms is a plus — Shopify experience especially so.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills — confident liaising with external buyers and internal teams alike, and comfortable presenting in public or client‑facing settings.
  • A strong sense of fashion and genuine knowledge of and interest in CDLP as a brand.
  • An adaptable team player who's equally comfortable working independently in a small, fast‑moving brand.
  • Willing and able to travel for market appointments and trade shows, representing CDLP directly to buyers.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plus.

Permanent full‑time position, 40 hours per week. Start date November/December 2026.
