Job summary

POC in Stockholm is seeking a Purchaser to own the purchase order flow from placement to delivery, ensuring the right products land on time. You'll work with suppliers and R&D, acting as the link between development and warehouse, across our global team in Stockholm, Salzburg, Park City, and Christchurch.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or operations.
• Comfortable owning routine tasks and switching gears to solve problems when things don't go according to plan.
• A natural communicator who reaches out proactively and navigates cross-functional work with ease.
• Analytical with an eye for spotting issues before they elevate.
• Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they can improve the way we work.
• Solution-oriented - you bring options, not just problems.
• Fluent in English - our company language; Swedish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders across our global product range.
• Follow up on confirmations, timelines, and system accuracy.
• Handle deviations - delays, MOQ issues, etc - and drive them to resolution.
• Support new product handover and go-to-market together with R&D and sales.
• Keep our ERP and planning systems clean and updated.
