Job summary

Dustin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and modernize recruitment strategies across the business in a fast-paced, international environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple markets to attract top talent and continuously improve candidate experience.

The role offers a flexible hybrid setup with 50% from home and 50% at our Nacka Strand office, enabling collaboration and a high-performing team culture in the Nordics region.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment in-house across multiple areas.
• Experience sourcing top talent and headhunting in modern ways.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.

• Proactively source and headhunt top talent using modern strategies.
