Job summary

ServiceNow in Sweden is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Architects to lead a high‑caliber team delivering advisory, co‑delivery and implementation services for our customers. You will provide business and technical leadership, establish best practices, and build a high performing Platform Architects group that can scale across the GEO.

You will partner with account teams and Customer Outcomes to allocate the right consultants, drive KPIs and utilization, and champion continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Strong understanding and experience of the Services Integration (SIs) operating model, having worked with or for large SIs.
• To demonstrate strong business ownership, embrace accountability and be a hands-on, people-centric leader.
• To have a growth mindset, and be driven to constantly find and execute learnings to improve the execution and organization for the benefit of our customers and talent.
• A proven track record in successfully navigating customers through complex situations.
• To be proactive, critical thinking, problem solving, manage escalation, ensure conflict resolution, a thought leader at executive level.

• Lead a team of Platform Architects to deliver timely, high-quality advisory services for ServiceNow customers.
• Provide business and technical leadership, establishing and reinforcing best practices across teams.
• Develop a high-performing Platform Architecture team and manage workforce transformation to meet future business needs.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams and Customer Outcomes to allocate the right consultants at the right time.
