Job summary

Empiric in Stockholm is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture and design. This hands‑on role covers solution design, governance, and strategy across ITSM/ITOM or relevant modules. You will shape the technical roadmap and ensure scalable, robust delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven ServiceNow architecture experience; CSA/CIS certifications are preferred. The role is on‑site in Stockholm 1–2 days per week and initially for a 6‑month contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with CSA/CIS certifications preferred.
• Onsite work in Stockholm 1–2 days per week.
• Available to start on a 6‑month initial contract.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead design decisions across modules, integrations, and custom applications.
• Set and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to translate requirements.
• Support integration design with third‑party systems (APIs, MID Server, etc.).
• Mentor developers and provide technical oversight on delivery.
