Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Manager to own the end-to-end DAM ecosystem and ensure assets are accessible and accurately managed across markets. You will partner with creative, marketing and product teams, oversee PIM synchronization, and drive AI-driven improvements to tagging, search and content reuse.

You will lead onboarding, governance and vendor relationships, monitor platform health, and design workflows that scale with global campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and administering a DAM platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the DAM platform including configuration, access, and workflows.
• Oversee metadata, tagging conventions and lifecycle management.
• Monitor data quality, storage, and platform health; drive improvements.
• Manage DAM vendor relationships and coordinate updates with IT teams.
• Lead AI initiatives to automate tagging, search and reuse of assets.
• Build automations to reduce manual work and bottlenecks across teams.
• Support campaigns and product launches from asset-readiness perspective.
• Define roles and governance, and audit metadata and rights information.
• Lead onboarding and training for internal teams and partners; maintain SOPs.
• Establish dashboards on adoption, search and asset reuse; report insights.
