Job summary

Ungapped is seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Manager to build and scale the Group Marketing Operations across Liana, Ungapped and Profinder. You will connect CRM, marketing automation, lead management and reporting to drive measurable business growth across markets.

You'll work with Growth, Sales and Product Marketing to streamline processes, enable AI-powered automation, and establish scalable standards for Marketing Operations within a dynamic, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, CRM or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead management and Marketing × Sales processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience tracking, attribution and marketing performance measurement.
• Ability to work hands-on with systems while developing scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group Marketing Operations framework across Liana, Ungapped and Profinder.
• Define and maintain common Operations processes, standards and ways of working across the Group.
• Ensure clear processes for lead capture, management, qualification and Sales handover.
• Develop and optimise marketing automation and lifecycle workflows.
• Own the connection between Marketing activities, CRM and Sales processes.
• Maintain and improve tracking, attribution and marketing data quality.
• Build reliable reporting and dashboards for funnel and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency through automation and data.
