Job summary

Stegra is seeking an Asset Development Manager to lead a team in the Mill Services Asset Management group. You will shape asset maintenance processes, governance, and digital solutions, aligning with our strategy and ISO standards.

You will steer lifecycle management, outsourcing decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives, building capability and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, industrial, maintenance engineering or related field.
• Strong background in maintenance, Asset Management or reliability engineering.
• Experience leading technical specialists or multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of Asset Management and lifecycle management.
• Experience with CMMS and digital maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, setting clear priorities and supporting their growth.
• Translate our Asset Management strategy into plans, processes and measurable improvements.
• Establish and govern Asset Management and maintenance processes, ensuring consistent ways of working across the organisation.
• Lead the development of our CMMS and other digital Asset Management solutions together with relevant teams.
• Drive improvements in maintenance processes and systems based on operational needs, data and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure maintenance processes meet relevant governance, compliance and ISO requirements.
• Guide the organisation on lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, outsourcing and service delivery models.
• Build capability across the organisation through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
