Job summary

Phyron AI, an automotive content innovator, seeks an OEM Data & Content Manager to own day-to-day coverage, data sources, and brand knowledge. The role builds the processes to scale data and assets across markets.

Based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model, you will establish workflows, secure OEM assets, and maintain a Brand Book so generated content stays on-brand automatically. Occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing content or data at scale in structured-content operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot mismapped data.
• Ability to set up and run day-to-day operational processes without an existing playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own coverage against OEM data and asset standards for every supported OEM, model, year, derivative and colour.
• Secure imagery, video, specs and metadata from OEM portals, APIs and feeds, data providers, DAM platforms and licensing partners.
• Build and maintain a Brand Book per OEM — logo, typography, colour, imagery and video rules, tone and market specifics.
• Manage the central content library: named, tagged, searchable, rights-tracked and current.
