You’ll also lead the AI agenda for DAM and content operations, championing automation that removes manual work, creates clear ownership and brings consistency and efficiency to how we create, find and reuse content across the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary owner and administrator of the DAM platform, managing configuration, user access, permissions, workflows, portals and administrative settings.

  • Own metadata, taxonomies, naming conventions, asset types and collection structures, and set the standards for tagging, versioning, approvals, publishing, archiving and deletion.

  • Experience managing platform vendors, support relationships and performance reviews.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose platform, process and data‑quality issues.

  • The ability to balance hands‑on administration with strategic development and long‑term planning.
