Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operational Account Owner for its Customs Control Tower in Sweden. You will be the main operational contact for customers and local customs, driving improvements and coordinating with partners to ensure smooth customs processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Customs Control Tower administration or operational customs handling, strong IT awareness, and excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Customs Control Tower administration or operational customs handling.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Good general IT and systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for the customer and local customs offices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on KPIs.
• Conduct regular operational customer meetings and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify and drive process and system improvements within Customs Control Tower.
• Ensure customer needs and challenges are managed within the tower’s scope.
