Job summary

Workwide is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Lead to own and grow the German CS team from our Gothenburg office. You’ll lead daily chats, calls, and emails, and partner with the Operations Lead on strategy and goals.

You will coach and develop the team, handle scheduling and capacity planning, and ensure strong collaboration with Sales. German and English fluency are required; Swedish is a plus. Relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Proven experience leading a customer service/ops team.
• Hands-on leader who participates in daily work.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to manage team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the German CS team, including customer service, claims, and invoicing.
• Schedule, capacity planning, and response time targets.
• Develop the team through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across CS, claims, and invoicing.
