• Swedish is a bonus, not a requirement, and you communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar, travel, and inbox end to end for the principal.
• Be the first point of contact for investors, partners, and guests.
• Handle personal tasks alongside professional responsibilities as needed.
• Leverage AI to create leverage and efficiency for both executive and team.
