Taking Over, a boutique advisory firm specializing in M&A and strategy, is seeking a driven professional to join its lean, senior team in Stockholm. From day one you will run projects, communicate with clients, and work on real transactions.

You will handle financial data, prepare papers, and use AI tools to increase efficiency. The role suits someone with 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent Czech/Slovak and English, ready to grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Excel is an everyday tool.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak (spoken and written).
• English at a professional C level.
• Independent, proactive, and able to run projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Run projects and communicate with clients from first contact to completion.
• Work with financial data: collection, cleaning and reporting.
• Prepare decision papers and research on companies, markets and opportunities.
• Use AI tools intelligently to enhance analysis.
• Handle tasks large and small on your own.
