Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible, transparent offers
• Follow credit policies and regulatory standards with precision
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
• Ensure top-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Handle AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and regulatory documentation
• Suggest and implement process/tool/workflow improvements
• Collaborate with a cross-functional, energetic team
